Political Speech appears to be semi-regulated ...
So a candidate for office has to post that his or her words & thoughts are his or hers & thus the First Amendment is slightly adjusted by having a paragraph or line that does not quite make sense
You have seen or heard the line in countless videos on tv
"I am Candidate & I Approve of this message" so consider this to be that bit of legalese in common layman language - Because I have run for State Senate in the past & in the future may run for other public offices I post this message because even during those years when not actively running for office the SEEC wants to make certain that my Free Speech is covered by this disclaimer I am using a combination of Free & Paid services.
